You outline the terms you and the other party have agreed upon, and we draft the agreement in a way that protects and advances your interests. While the process is cooperative in nature, we represent only the party who hires our office and cannot provide legal advice to the other party. We will work with you through up to five rounds of revisions to ensure the final agreement is accurate, clear, and reflects your intentions. You remain in control of the process while we provide guidance and legal support along the way.

Once both parties approve and sign the settlement agreement, we file it with the court and prepare all additional documents required for the judge to enter final orders, bringing the matter to a final resolution.

This service is intended for parties who have already discussed and agreed upon the major terms of resolution, including division of assets and, where applicable, custody and parent-time arrangements.

This package may not be appropriate in the following circumstances:

• Terms have not yet been agreed upon

• There are unresolved safety concerns

• Substance abuse issues are present

• There are concerns regarding concealment or misuse of assets

• The matter involves other high-conflict issues requiring negotiation-focused or traditional litigation representation

Our flat fee includes:

• Preparation of the settlement agreement

• Drafting all documents required for entry of final orders

• Payment of the court filing fee

• Legal advice along the way

After payment is received, we will send you an Engagement Letter and a brief questionnaire to collect the information needed to prepare your agreement. Once completed, we will begin drafting your documents and guiding you through the process.
